Massage
A sanctuary for relaxation and restoration
You're in good hands
In our fast pace society, we have a lot on our plate. Whether you're going through rehabilitation after a surgery, got an injury from the gym or, simply want to release tension from the day, a massage can help!
What to expect
My massage treatments employ the full range of my toolkit, generally featuring deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy with a side of active release, a dash of structural integration, pre-natal
(if required) hints of reiki, reflexology and other modalities to round out the experience.
These sessions are performed on a mechanical table and (after a little fascial assessment/release) use a small amount of oil to provide smooth sliding pressure. Reflecting on my osteopathic education, there are more and more elements of osteopathy included in my massage treatments.
Treatments on the table often incorporate working on the whole body, although can easily be used to pinpoint a specific ache, pain, or geared towards increasing a certain range of motion. Whether you're looking for a specific, acute, or chronic problem to be improved or if you're looking for a general relaxation treatment, the table is a great choice.
